ResnickSpring has arrived, which means we are 96 days away from Opening Day @ CRB!  The staff, from as far as New Zealand and as close as New York are prepping for an amazing Camp season.

This summer we have engaged Marlo Mittler Cohen, a registered nutritionist, to review our menus and offer her expertise in preparing healthy nutritious meals. Amy Rosuck, our Business Manager, and Michael Wolf, head of our commissary and Wolfoods CEO, are collaborating with Ms. Mittler Cohen to guarantee that proper nutrition guidelines are integrated into Camp this summer. As a skilled professional, she will train our staff during staff week empowering counselors to help even the pickiest eater (camper) enjoy Camp food. Ms. Mittler Cohen believes that establishing and communicating healthy eating habits is the key ingredient to nutritional success.

I encourage you to tell your children about these ongoing efforts to bring the best food practices and positive eating attitudes to Camp in Kayitz 2015.  In addition, I am happy to inform you that we are continuing the major composting program that was introduced last summer. These combined efforts have already impacted Camp in a most positive way.
