Bogrim 2017 — Week 5

Posted by   on under Uncategorized

Bogrim has had a jam packed week of traveling and adventures. Every single camper spent the week happy, excited, smiling and enjoying their trip. We started off at Hershey Park and slept overnight in Harrisburg. Continuing our journey to Baltimore, the chanichim visited  the aquarium; walked around the Inner Harbor; toured the visionary art museum; and then wound up jumping and bouncing in a very cool trampoline park. Philadelphia was next on our itinerary and here we toured the Philadelphia mural arts program and eastern state penitentiary and then went to a Philly’s game. Running  up the Rocky steps; taking a Constitutional walking tour of the city; visiting the American Jewish history museum; and strolling around Rittenhouse, where we saw a jazz band in a hammock garden, made for a terrific day.  We ended our travels with a splash in the Tomahawk lake water park. Bogrim is certainly looking forward to a restful Shabbat back at Camp after a most exhilarating Bogrim tiyul!

Shabbat Shalom,

Naama Malomet, Rosh Bogrim
